CycleBar is more than a fitness ride, it’s an experience of self discovery founded in community and spirit, fueled by our shared desire to get more out of life. A rhythm-based interval ride, this fully-immersive sensory experience of mind, body, spirit, and community has the entire studio moving as one!
Our instructors go through the most rigorous 5-week training regiment in the industry and prove that they are the most committed individuals to health, wellness, and community. This also helps ensure members always have a similar experience at new locations once they are on a bike!
The energy you come in with will not be the same as the energy you leave with!
NO! CycleBar has a month to month agreement and members can cancel a membership at ANY time for ANY reason with NO PENALTIES OR FEES. There are NO CONTRACTS here! To cancel your month-to-month agreement simply notify a CycleBar experience team member in studio or by writing one month prior to the date of your cancellation.
We have a constantly evolving and robust class schedule. Our goal is to make all class types available for the members who want them with a minimum of 2 morning classes, 1 midday class, and 2 afternoon classes.
EVERYONE! CycleBar is for ALL AGES and ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Never tried cycling before? You're not alone! We attract beginners looking to get started to extreme athletes, and everyone in between. You have full control over how hard you push yourself while we all ride together.
CycleBar offers six different class types, so there is truly something here for everyone! Don’t be afraid to try a harder class with your favorite instructor, we encourage you to go at your own pace and only stand or change the resistance when you feel comfortable.
Classic: 25% in the saddle 75% out - Why fix what isn't broken? With a mix of strength and endurance, experience CycleBar as its always been.
Performance: 25% in the saddle 75% out - How about a little friendly competition? With CycleStats technology and a leaderboard at the front of the classroom, this is the perfect class for those who want to push the pace and be pushed!
Connect: 25% in the saddle 75% out - Not here for the stats? Looking for a fully-immersive sensory experience of mind, body, and spirit? We transform the studio into a sanctuary by turning off the monitors and tuning into specially curated beats!
Foundation: 50% in the saddle 50% out - New to cycling? Want to brush up on your skills? In this rhythm-based ride we slow it down and focus on the foundations of indoor cycling.
Empower: 75% in the saddle 25% out - We’re all about empowerment here at CycleBar! In this class we flip our normal class structure on its head to emphasize power and endurance. You’ll be amazed at what you’re capable of!
Xpress: TBD% in the saddle TBD% out - Working with a tight schedule? Keep an eye out for our Xpress classes! This class type compresses any of our other five classes to give you the 30-min workout you've been looking for!

Our CycleGives platform enables us to partner with local organizations and charities to help them raise donations by creating exciting and energetic indoor cycling rides for companies, teams, groups, and families to help raise proceeds that benefit their cause.
